WORKSHOP: Developing a still mind

Do you have trouble focusing on the task at hand? Do you feel like you’re too easily distracted? Do you wonder if there’s something more you can do to bring a better presence of mind?

Dr. Mitchell, together with Mark Mauzy, have brought together a wealth of ideas and education in this workshop series to help you improve your focus and mindfulness.

  • Week 1 (9/29/22): Techniques for a still mind
  • Week 2 (10/6/22): ADD: Nutrition, medications, meditation and therapy for a still mind
  • Week 3 (10/13/22): ADD & Relationships: A still mind for better communication
  • Week 4 (10/20/22): ADD: A still mind lifestyle

Does your family struggle to get along? Do you hope your teenagers will still talk to you when they’re adults? Do you want to bring more positivity to the space within the walls of your home?

Dr. Sanders and Dr. Mitchell, together with Mark Mauzy, have designed a workshop for the entire family to help you work, play, laugh, and grow together.

  • Week 1 (11/3/22): Stress – Functional ways to deal with stress
  • Week 2 (11/11/22): Sleep – How sleep helps our minds and emotions
  • Week 3 (11/17/22): Sex – How to be sex positive in our relationships
  • Week 4 (12/1/22): Smoothing out emotions – Reworking our negative self-talk dialogues
